With Zoho Voice, you can understand your team's performance with our all-in-one live dashboard and get granular insights into the queue and agent-wise performance. Call Transcripts helps you with post-call analysis. Zoho Voice gives the option to set up business hours and assign roles like Admin, Supervisor, and Agents to your users. These roles come with a predefined set of privileges.
Zoho Voice can integrate with Desk support and CRM tools. Currently, you can integrate with Zoho CRM, Desk, Bigin, and SDP. (explain all data exchanges (contact sharing, logs, etc) that are possible). We also support hardware integrations to help you to connect Zoho Voice with your desk phones and Contact center Headsets.
Zoho Voice is available on Mobile, web, Desktop, and also as a browser extension.
