Charitylog is designed to become your central hub from which to pilot your activity as a team. Some of its highlights include:

  • Comprehensive record keeping: keep track of all your members and all the organisations you've been in contact with. Manage groups and attendance to your activities.
  • Schedule meetings and create forms to automate time-consuming tasks. The data collected can be sent to custom fields to organize your data the way you want.
  • Powerful assessment and reporting tools allow you to make better decisions by leveraging your pool of data. Share information to shareholders more easily and launch more effective campaigns with these insights.
  • Collaborative Working and Web Forms: Easily work with third-party organisations with embedded web forms directly on your website.
  • Assessments: Evaluate your performance with preset indicators, or your own, to get a pulse of how your organisation is performing. 
  • Case Management: Keep track of everything from appointments, to the organisations you work with. 
  • Reporting: Data on Charitylog can be mined and exported to third-party applications such as Excel.  

Pricing

Charitylog has three versions and pricing levels: 

  • Charitylog Local: Essential features, not a lot of customization, designed for smaller charities. £33/month 
  • Charitylog One: Upgraded storage capacity, implementation, training, and system review included, still missing some extra modules. £1995 in year 1, £400/year thereafter.
  • Charitylog (Standard): All features included, minimum three day implementation and training, minimum one day system review, and data import module. The pricing is variable with income.  

Reviews

Charitylog is generally well-liked among its users, they specifically like the impressive analytics and reporting features, as well as the secure data sharing tools. Some users do report, however, a lack of reliable customer support.

Charitylog is one of the few CRMs specifically designed for non-profit organisations, and it's a fairly good option compared to its competitors. With strong features and impressive data crunching, functionalities, Charitylog is a solid option for any charity looking for a new CRM.
