We LOVE Kamsa. Not only do we have a dedicated and experienced consultant, but we loved the onboarding process that ensures our data aligns with the market. We love the tool. It makes it easy for us to manage our team and it directly integrates with our HRIS (HiBob). We manage our merit cycles (salary and equity) so we are no longer unsure about our market positioning. Our recruiters love the Global Market Data and the customization we can add. Something I love as the CPO is that it helps us ensure pay equity without overcomplicating things.
