Each time i call the support, they are very friendly and doesn't take long to solve my problem. if they don't know, they always call me back with a solution. Payroll is easy as long as you get used to. it did take me a while to get used to the layout in the very beginning. i wish it would be able to integrate with the time card we have from the POS, which will make it a lot easier, i hope. the cost of setting the integration is very expensive. not sure why it can't be done for cheaper because one integration can benefit so many customers. it's the one universal report.

We use iSolved for payroll processing, benefit enrollment, and human resources. We were able to connect iSolved to our benefits so they are automatically enrolled with our benefits once they are selected in iSolved. We were also able to connect Unanet and iSolved, this connection automatically creates users for us in Unanet, so once someone has completed their iSolved information, we check a box and the information flows into Unanet and creates their timekeeping profile. The reporting on iSolved is also great, I am able to pull any variety of information from iSolved to complete any tasks or reports necessary.

As an admin, it is easy to manage employees. and the features are easy to use as well, especially employee management and client management that I usually use are great to manage employees. And quick hire is the great function to put hired people in the system right away as well as my reports are pretty straight to use for the end of the months or years. Even though there are too many categories that I don't even know what exactly they are for sometimes. Too many categories sometime made me confused if I used the right one before. It would be better to merge or simplify categories in Isolved, such as some categories in Employee self-service, Employee admin tools

It seems that when I attempt to add any new service I have to re-explain what my procedures are to every new person that I am assigned. Great implementation, several hiccups once the baton was passed BUT the team i have now are great to work with. Hoping it continues. Customer Support is hit or miss. I finally have a Customer Success Manager and dedicated Customer Service Rep who are very helpful but this was after several issues legitimate issues that needed to be escalated. My only ongoing issue is that depending on what features you have (we have pretty much all) be prepared to take heavy notes on who you talked too. There are soo many people and sometimes it's hard to keep up with who is working on what, and who i need to reach out for for a specific change.

Pretty Comprehensive system very versatile and constantly evolving
I think iSolved really covers all HRIS bases. We use iSolved for everything we do in HR, to keep employee records, to do performance evaluations, onboarding, open enrollment, time management, payroll, emailing our employees, and more. iSolved is helping us eliminate much paperwork and do more digitally. It's pretty user friendly we are a manufacturing organization and most of our employee population has the app and uses it without much hand holding. iSolved is constantly evolving, they are updating the software to add new features, to correct features that don't work right, I do like that we have a dedicated client services manager/customer support contact. She is very responsive and gets back to me fairly promptly so I don't have to sit on hold for hours. A few times I've had to call in the general support number due to an urgent need and I've almost never had any kind of wait time, and if I have waited it's been less that 5 minutes. iSolved really can fill the gap with any HR needs you may have. There are dozens more modules that can be added to really make this an even more robust system however, understandably, it costs to add extra features. I wish we could afford to add on all the other cool bells and whistles but at this point we are not really large enough to justify adding on all the amazing features.

When I was first learning iSolved, I had my doubts. But a lot of that was just the combination of systems we were using. Once we implemented Unanet and I worked with iSolved to connect the two systems and worked with [sensitive content hidden] to get a few little things sorted out for payroll reporting, it become a much better system. I think it takes finding the right combo of HRM and accounting software and taking time to speak to your representative to get iSolved working for you at it's best.

I have been content with iSolved. I briefly changed to ADP since I was informed it would serve us better, and I advanced rapidly it was not the right assistance for us. I returned to iSolved. There were a few hiccups with that, similar to the estimating went up and we lost one of our administrations. I like the organization side; however a portion of the representatives battle with the AEE on the telephone (slow association with punch in/out for instance).

Support is timely and through. We recently had an ACA compliance call with Erin Turner that was fantastic! Annemarie Jarcho our account manager was very persistent in connecting. We were really glad to attend that meeting as we found many additional features already available to us. Not really anything I'm able to think of that I currently dislike about iSolved. Comming from Jet Pay, the experience has been night to day. Customer Service was awful and always told they would need to contact another another support team who never got back. We would have to follow up for answers and end up starting all over again. It was really terrible.

ISolved has been super helpful. everytime I have a concern or question each and every one of the representatives are so helpful. The only thing that I would change is the part where everything resets when you are in the time entry grid but everything else is great. Paige Hipp went above and beyond to help me when I need lots of help with payroll she was very communicative and reached out to me and assured me that she would address all my concerns and even scheduled a personal training with me so that I understand ISolved better.

isolved is a great HR solution!
We have been using isolved since the beginning of 2017. It has everything (snl pun). Not only does it have comprehensive payroll with either POS integration or spreadsheet upload, it also has other features for all my HR and very important hiring needs. In the last couple of years, I feel the attention to customer service has been less than it was previously. I used to have a dedicated isovled contact person, now it is a general email and I wait for a response. It seems like it is never the same person. isolved solved our scariest issue in 2017 which was tracking insured employees and sending out the correct forms for ACA compliance. They have lots of reports to help figure out the eligibility of full and part-time staff. It is also helping with staffing. An added feature is isolved Hire which lets me post to many different job boards, and links back to the isolved Hire site. I can contact and set up interviews straight from there. These listings push to our website's hiring tab, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter. You can add other sites for a small charge too. It also integrated our WOTC filings. That information is gathered at the online onboarding. This helped us go paper-free for employee paperwork!

Wonderful Employee Interaction
I love that iSolved allows employees access to so much of their information. It makes it much easier when completing the payroll and tracking time and punches. Employees can see leave balances, so requesting time off has become less time-consuming. The system is very intuitive, so employees find it easy to use. Some of the staff have a difficult time accessing the software and need some extra guidance. Allowing employees more access will enable us to complete payroll more timely. We save time and money during open enrollment, our employees have access.

Don't know how I survived without it.
Excellent. It took a while to get all the kinks worked out with the general ledger reporting but I knew from the first payroll I processed it was going to be a game changer. Dramatically reduced the time and effort for us to process payroll and expenses. Also our support person, [sensitive content hidden] , has been very responsive, professional and excellent to work with.

401K Safe Harbor Calculations
isolved is comprehensive and has many options for the employer to choose from. Today, Janet Froman was extremely helpful in explaining the 401K safe harbor calculations reflected in our payroll reports. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. I personally would like to have a dedicated customer service representative for our account. Isolved solves the task of quarterly tax reporting for our firm, as well as taking care of all payroll functions.

Whenever I call in to ask for help I am always greeted very friendly and my issues have always been resolved. I understand what is being explained to me, they are very helpful is letting me know where I need to go to accomplish a task. I appreciate everything about isolved. There are so many options of how to do something that sometimes it can be confusing. Errors that I make in benefit population costs. They confirm if I am doing it correctly or not.

I love the quality costumer service. The reps are always so helpful and nice on the phone. They are so responsive and pay attention to detail. what I dislike about isolved is the voicemail part. Sometimes I do not hear back. It is benefiting us by payroll and benefits. Sometimes we have issues with maunal punches for time cards.
